Christmas in France is completely different from what i’ve known back in my homeland. However, as the years gone by i learned to adapt and love the French way of celebrating the holiday season. Actually we are getting "used" to spend christmas with just me, hubby and our kid. Last night, I've cooked a simple yet sumptuous dinner for three then we all watched movies together while waiting for the 12:00 midnight. Yeah, as you can imagine the opening and exchanging of gifts are indeed the best part of the event. lol*
I am very grateful to dear santa (hubby) for being so generous with us all through the years, I really couldn’t ask for more!

Now i'm looking forward on the big winter sale to be able to get some garden gifts and other stuffs to fill my balikbayan boxes for pinas!

During winter i try to avoid soaking too much everytime i took my bath especially that hard water supply makes my skin real dry, itchy and flaky. Yeah, i hate winter that much but i’ve no choice except to deal with it! I better start playing the lottery by now so that if ever i won, i could have my own jacuzzi or spa installed at home. lol*
