collecting rainwater

I badly needed an aluminum stainless steel barrels. You know why? well, it's because rainy days are here now and i think collecting rainwater is such a good idea to use for the plants and for the home too. To tell you honestly, i’m just getting fed up of using hardwater since our water supply contains high volume of calcium and magnesium.
Bear with me, hardwater leaves our skin really itchy and dry. And despite of the various water softeners that we have been using at home, this doesn't changed anything. So, probably rainwater is the solution to it!
