avoid unpleasant smell

I was craving for fried fish but I tried to avoid cooking them more often due to the fact that deep frying usually leaves a thick smell behind. Luckily, through the net I'm glad to discover this great tips and tricks on how to avoid unpleasant lingering smells when cooking. wink*

To have a sweet and citrus aroma, Perfume your kitchen by heating up orange peel in a medium-hot oven with open door. You can also burn some sugar in a pan, cook it to the point of medium dark caramel color and the aroma still smells sweet. Caramel is a natural fragrance and you've turned your pan into a natural air freshener.

If you love eating fried fish.. try them! wink*

Uy congrats Mareng Ams, nag-work! hehe
I cook daing sa deck sa labas, meron akong maliit na electric frying pan na ginagamit. Matagal kasi matanggal ang amoy pag sa loob ng bahay. Ang mga bata nagcomplain, sabi "what's that smell?" tapos si tyler will say "it's so stinky". LOL

Definitely Maybe!
